Task 4# SAY IT OUT LOUD!!!!!!!! Here is goes people, i'm putting this out to everyone I'm Committed!!!
My commitment is To lost the last 2 kilo’s and keep it off
My commitment is To start training harder
My commitment is sticking to my nutrition plan
My commitment is to do Fun runs, Tough block challenge, Mud run etc.
My commitment is to be the best me possible
My commitment is To be a fit and happy mum
I commit to myself, to Michelle, to husband and my Son and to my SWSWBT crew
My commitment is to not let old habits control me.
