Don't freak out newbies! Pre season help :)


Arvo everyone, I see that alot of you are very overwhelmed at the moment with getting used to 12wbt. I'm going to write some things here for you all to read and i hope that helps put your mind at lease.
With regards to Pre Season tasks, Mish will unlock 2 tasks a week before kick off on June 4th.
She doesn't unlock the menu plans or workout plans till week 1 kick off. So in the mean time Basically, unless you're pregnant or breastfeeding or a male member, you will be eating 1200 cals a day. That means about 300 calories per meal and 300 for snacks throughout the day. In Pre season i got Michelle's cookbook and also one of my all time fav Books is The Bikini Cookbook if you don't already have this book go grab it.
I love to use myfitness pal to count my calories! and you can add friends so that you keep on track.
Start to exercise, do some walking, hit the gym or just go for a run You will feel so much better doing this.
Use the forums! have a look around, post any questions you have on there as it is a wealth of information.
I know alot of you are asking me where the hell are the warm up challenges Cora? well they are in the forum, under 12WBT Program Discussion so head over there and have a read.
And last but not least, don't freak out guys!! the last thing i want you to feel is omg this is just too full on. Just take it one day at a time, i'm always here to help and everyone on the forum are super friendly so don't be afraid to ask loads of questions.
