Hot tips for all the newbies

Arvo all, i thought i would write down some tips for all of you that are new to the program i hope they are helpful!

  • Trust what Mish has to say, no, really, sometimes you will think oh boy this Mish is one crazy woman -not everything that Michelle says is going to suit your lifesyle but try to adapt it.but in most instances you won't know unless you try what she says. Most of the time the impossible is actually possible.
  • Be honest with yourself when doing the pre season tasks, there is not point in bullshitting  your way through them.If you find yourself stuggling with them, please don't hesitate to ask for help.
  • Eat 1200 calories a day...do a big cook up on the weekends and freeze food. That way you won't be tempted to buy take away on the way home this was a BIG one for me in round 1 as i found  myself always making an excuse to buy takeaway.
  • Plan you meals...know what you are eating for the day and when.
  • Plan your exercise and JFDI...no more excuses right?
  • You have so much support, i know alot of you are scared you will be alone on this journey, i will always be here to help, same with Michelle's facebook page, the forum & also all the wonderful support crew that you can always email they are always super friendly and willing to help a fellow 12wbt out :) Don't forget to join your local 12wbt team!! there is always something going on, with team workouts & events.
  • don't forget, think program WORKS no doubt about it, you just need to stick with it!
  • Remember, you are trying to create a healthier YOU cut out the crap talk, saying's like, i can't do this, i'm a failure! no such thing!!!
  • Don't forget to take before and after shots guys!! trust me, even tho you might not want to face it you will be so happy when you look back and how far you have come when the 12 weeks is up :D
  • Since we are in pre season i'm sure you all want to start eating healthy, so go out and get Michelle's Crunch time book or her No excuses cookbook i used them all the time during pre season. I also brought The Bikini Cookbook and i LOVE this book and gets used all the time in this household :)
